Malachite Chemicals is a private South African company established in May 1995.

The company operates primarily as exclusive manufacturer’s representatives in South Africa for a number of international producers of:
• Pharmaceutical Ingredients & Finished Form Products
• Vitamin Fortification and
• Animal Feed Amino Acids.

The management of Malachite Chemicals has been active in the above mentioned industries since 1973 and offers workable and dependable relationships, together with a wealth of industry expertise.

Malachite Chemicals operates from its headquarters in Helvetia House, Greenvale Road Germiston, close to Oliver Tambo International Airport, in Gauteng South Africa.

Sales operations are conducted in bulk, on a direct shipment basis, from the manufacturing source of supply to the customer’s facility.

Local distribution arrangements are also in place with appointed distributors for products requiring inland distribution throughout South Africa.

A key area of our activity since inception is the supply of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API’s) to the South African generic industry.
